3 Fun & Festive Cocktails to Add to Your Bar

Cocktails are the staple of a great party and who doesn't love Christmas! We've sat with our mixologists, each with decades of experience in mixology, and come up with three cocktails that we absolutely LOVE for the festive period.

1. Apple Cranberry Moscow Mule

What better than to start with a Moscow Mule. One of the best cocktails as it is and one of the best to add a twist to. The Apple Cranberry Moscow Mule is a brilliant variation for the festive period and is SUPER easy to make. Simply add a splash of Apple and Cranberry juice to your regular Moscow Mule consisting of Vodka, Ginger Beer and Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice. Garnish with Cranberry and Apple to give it the extra touch. Sounds simple, tastes delicious.

2. Bailey's Chocolate Cocktail

Christmas isn't complete without a touch of Baileys to warm the internals. This Baileys cocktail is a fun fan-favourite that hits the spot over and over... and over again. One shot of Baileys, one shot of Coffee Liqueur, one shot of Vodka, one shot of Double Cream. Mix with ice in a shaker until the shaker becomes cold on the outside. Serve in a Martini Glass with Shaved Chocolate to garnish. Guaranteed to impress.

3. Champagne Snowball

We just couldn't give you a festive cocktail recommendation without a twist on the famous Snowball. Perfect accompaniment for sitting beside the fireplace watching Chicken Run. 60ml Brut Champagne, 25ml Fino Sherry, 15ml Lime Cordial, 60ml Advocaat Liqueur. Pour Champagne into chilled flute and mix other three ingredients in shaker with ice until cold on exterior. Strain from there.

Let us know if you try any of these- we'd love to hear your thoughts!
