1. Woo Woo

We’re kicking off our list with an ol’ classic: the Woo Woo. An easy but delicious blend of vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry juice and a squeeze of lime, the Woo Woo is just as easy to make as it is to drink. If you’re feeling extra fancy, garnish your Woo Woo with a slice of lime or a couple of fresh strawberries. Don’t forget ice!

Woo Woo Ingredients:

•25ml vodka

• 25ml peach schnapps

• 50ml cranberry juice

•1 fresh lime

• Handful of ice

2. Sex On The Beach

A holiday in a glass, a sip of Sex On The Beach will transport you from your living room onto a white sanded beach in the tropics. Stir up a carton of fresh cranberry and orange fruit juice, add a generous splash of vodka and peach schnapps (don’t be shy) and voila! A sweet taste of the Caribbean sun, minus the travel expenses.

Sex On The Beach Ingredients:

• 75ml peach schnapps

• 75ml vodka

3. Tequila Sunrise

A cocktail that packs a punch, a refreshing glass of Tequila Sunrise is perfect for warm summer days and evenings (or just whenever, really). The most aesthetically pleasing cocktail on the list, the golden blend of tequila, grenadine and orange juice creates a beautiful ombre of colour that looks like the early summer morning sky. A cocktail fit for the ‘gram.

4. Mojito

The sweet and zingy Mojito is an all-round crowd pleaser and for good reason, too. The best thing about Mojito is that it’s flexible. Prefer your Mojito sweet? Add more sugar. Like it more sour? Simply add more fresh mint. However you take this cocktail, it’s guaranteed to please everyone. The perfect drink to compliment a hot summer day.

Mojito Ingredients:

• 1 lime

• Soda water

• Fresh mint leaves

• White sugar

• 50ml white or golden rum, whatever your preference is

• Handful of raspberries (optional, but extra delicious!).

5. Blue Ice

The dark horse of the list, the underrated Blue Ice is one of our best sellers here at Ice Events. Succulently sweet with a fruity kick, the Blue Ice beautifully combines vodka, white rum, blue caracao and pineapple juice to create a glass of Hawaiian paradise. Decorate the Blue with a cocktail umbrella and a chunk of pineapple to enjoy a real slice of summer.

Blue Ice Ingredients:

6. Purple Rain

A cocktail with a colour like no other, the Purple Rain offers a delightful citrus flavour to infect your guests with a severe case of disco fever. Mix up lemonade, cherry sourz, blue caracao, a good squeeze of lime for extra ‘zing, and pour delicately into your best margarita glass. Prince really was on to something with this one.
